By installing the template, it does not mean that your site will be the same like the template demo. In our latest joomla templates, is included quickstart installer package. After installing the quickstart, your site will be the same like the demo.
On the templates which have not quickstart, is included the demo installation via sql file. The full information of installing the demo is in "Template-help", which is included on the template package.
